OSF HealthCare, owned and operated by The Sisters of the Third Order of St. Francis, East Peoria, Illinois, includes OSF Healthcare System consisting of eleven acute care facilities, two colleges of nursing, and a physician network consisting of nearly 700 primary care, specialist physicians, and more than 300 advanced practice providers.

OSF Medical Group is part of OSF HealthCare, a comprehensive, integrated network of health care facilities, services, physicians and employees in Illinois and Michigan.
OSF Medical Group includes a multi-specialty group of more than 650 member physicians and advanced practitioners in over 90 locations throughout Illinois. This group of collegial and collaborative providers uses a team-based approach to create an integrated system of patient-centered care.
The many divisions of OSF Saint Francis, Inc. deliver a variety of high-quality, cost-effective services and care to communities located primarily throughout OSF HealthCare service areas in Illinois and Michigan. Through the efforts of its dedicated staff members, OSF Saint Francis, Inc. upholds the Mission and Values of The Sisters of the Third Order of St. Francis. As the health care industry grows, OSF Saint Francis, Inc. will continue to explore and expand services to assist in improving and meeting the needs of the communities it serves
OSF Home Care Services provides care throughout northern and central Illinois, as well as in Michigan's Upper Peninsula. Our services include hospice, home health, home medical equipment, home infusion pharmacy, diabetes supplies, and personal response systems. OSF Home Care Services provides care solutions best suited to individual needs.
OSF Aviation consists of 14 pilots, seven mechanics and five communications technicians who fly and maintain the safety of the four American Eurocopter EC 145 helicopters used by OSF Lifeline in Rockford, Illinois and OSF Life Flight in Peoria, Illinois.
This team of physicians, nurses, pilots and mechanics averages 2,200 patient transfers each year, making it the busiest aeromedical operation unit in the state of Illinois.
OSF Aviation has its own Part 135 Certificate from the FAA.
